As a considered, slow fashion brand, each piece is produced with intention and care. Our returns policy reflects this approach.

Ready-to-ship and made-to-order items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
UK returns are complimentary. International returns are the responsibility of the customer.
For international returns, items must be declared as returned goods. Any resulting duties or charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
Refunds are issued for the full value of the item, excluding shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
Due to the limited nature of our collections, exchanges are subject to availability.

Sale items and custom made-to-order pieces (including custom-length orders) are non-refundable.
Customs duties and import charges are not accepted as grounds for a refund.

Please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage in the rare case of your items being lost in transit so we can look into this.
