Returns

As a thoughtful slow fashion brand, we hope every purchase from our collection brings you the utmost satisfaction. It's crucial to highlight that handling returns poses a financial challenge for our small-scale operations. Therefore, we follow a careful returns policy.

  • Made-to-order and Ready-to-ship products can be returned within 14 days of item delivery

  • Returns will be at the purchaser’s expense

  • For international returns, items must be declared as "Returned Goods" with the original invoice value. Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund.

  • All made-to-order products bought on sale can NOT be refunded

  • The product must show no signs of wear and be returned in its original packaging for the return to be approved

  • A full refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees, where a return label has been provided by us. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.

  • Custom Made-to-order products can NOT be refunded, this includes custom-length orders

  • Made-to-order products can not be exchanged

  • Refunds can not be processed prior to the customer receiving their order, we do not accept customs charges as a basis for refunds

Please be aware that we cannot process returns and provide cash refunds for custom made-to-order products. This policy also applies to sale items, including pieces from sample sales, for which we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns, issue refunds or store credit. 

Please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage in the rare case of your items being lost in transit so we can look into this.
