Shipping and delivery

  • Our products fall into two categories: made-to-order or ready-to-ship. Check each product page for this information and specific processing times. This is subject to change in the case of pre-orders.

    For made-to-order items, the processing time is approximately 1-2 weeks before dispatch. Ready-to-ship items, require 3-4 working days before dispatch.

  • Tracked Standard Shipping - 5-7 working days

  • Tracked Standard Shipping- 6-8 working days

    Please note: Duties and taxes are included for selected European destinations. For other countries, customs duties and VAT remain the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to Customs and Duties for more details.

  • Standard US Shipping - 6-8 working days

    Standard International Shipping - 7-10 working days

    Please note: Duties and taxes are included for selected international destinations. For other countries, customs duties, VAT and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to Customs and Duties for more details.

  • We are pleased to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to selected international destinations. This means that all import duties and taxes are covered by us, and you will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

    For countries where DDP shipping is not yet available, orders may be shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). In these cases, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

    As a small independent brand, we are gradually expanding the number of countries where duties and taxes are included. Our aim is to make the international shopping experience as seamless as possible as we continue to grow.
